However since Tally doesn’t support some of the major features such as CRM and Dunning. We are developing a solution that integrates with Tally seamlessly.

CRM Solution

This solution facilitates lead generation, lead mapping to executives, lead transfers, raising quotations, quotation revisions and versioning, and approval of quotations.

Approved quotations will flow to Tally as a sales order and billing will happen in Tally.

This integration will synchronize all ledgers and stock items.

Dunning Solution

In the current business scenario, providing credit facility to customers is a necessity.However, collecting the payments is also challenging. You need to deploy dedicated workers to follow up with the customers and make sure to get the outstanding realised.

Our solution extracts the outstanding details from Tally and sends auto-generated e-mails, SMS and IVR messages to the customers.

Time saved is money earned, this solution reduces manual effort, and time spent on the field, and in turn increases the productivity of the resource.
